Loch Lloyd Country Club is a private club located in Village of Loch Lloyd, MO. Originally opened in 1991, Loch Lloyd Country Club boasts an 18-hole golf course re-designed by Tom Watson Signature Design in 2012. Loch Lloyd Country Club is consistently known as one of the best golfing experiences in the Midwest.

Loch Lloyd Country Club is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to assist in leading a staff of 30 individuals. The Assistant will be involved in daily course management and will work closely with the Superintendent and other Assistants. The ability to lead as well as the desire to learn is necessary for consideration in this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage all operations involved in providing maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, roughs, landscapes, bunkers, bodies of water, equipment and maintenance facility.
• Training and supervising the maintenance team to ensure safety and quality of work
• Leading and motivating the maintenance team to achieve set goals
• Supervising all chemical applications on the grounds in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Collaborate with fellow leaders to prepare daily and weekly schedules and strategies.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Turf Management, Horticulture or other related field preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
